Lawn & Snow Co is a Calgary-based lawn care and snow removal subscription service operated by MTM Systems Inc. We can be reached at info@lawnandsnowco.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when signing up or using our service, including:

Name, email address, and phone number
Service address and property details
Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
Service history and job records

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and schedule lawn care and snow removal services
Process payments and send billing notifications
Communicate service updates, scheduling confirmations, and account alerts via email and SMS
Improve our service and respond to support inquiries

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as necessary to deliver our service:

Vendors (contractors): Your service address and first name are shared with the vendor assigned to your property.
Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Twilio: SMS notifications.
Resend: Email delivery.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and service history for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain records for up to 2 years for billing and dispute resolution purposes, then delete them.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@lawnandsnowco.com. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

Your data is stored on encrypted servers hosted in Microsoft Azure (Canada). Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and never touches our servers in unencrypted form.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify active customers by email of any material changes.
