How we vet our vendors
Before any vendor accepts a single job, we verify their commercial liability insurance and WCB coverage — every document reviewed by us, not self-reported. If a vendor's coverage lapses, they're auto-suspended from the platform until it's renewed. We don't outsource vetting and we don't take a vendor's word for it.

Common questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard anytime — no calls, no contracts, no early-termination fees. You keep service through the end of the current billing period and that's it.
What's actually included in the monthly price?
Year-round subscriptions cover weekly lawn mowing (May–Jul) → bi-weekly (Jul–Sep) → snow removal on snowfall (Sep–May), plus edging and clipping cleanup every visit. Lawn-only or snow-only plans include just the relevant season. Add-ons (weed control, de-icing) are optional and priced separately.
Are there hidden fees?
No. Your monthly subscription covers everything in the service tier (lawn mowing, edging, snow removal). The only optional extras are clearly priced add-ons (weed control, de-icing) that you opt into during signup. One-time spring/fall cleanups are quoted upfront and only charged if you book them.
What if I want to skip a week?
Skip or pause anytime from your dashboard. Skipping a week pauses the visit without affecting your subscription — your next visit just rolls to the following week. Useful for vacations, recent overseed, or when grass growth slows in shoulder seasons.
What happens if it rains?
Rain or wet ground means we reschedule for the next dry day — usually within 2-3 days. You'll get a text the day of with the new visit time. We don't mow on saturated lawns because it damages the grass and leaves ruts.
